Since 2007, The McGill Glaucoma Information Centre at the Jewish General hospital in Montreal, Canada, has been offering a free, monthly mini-medical course on glaucoma made for the general public, patients and their families. Our goal is to make patients more proactive in their treatments and more observant with medications.

We have also made available to all the province of Quebec public libraries, 2 educational DVD  for people to borrow. DVD are in French and English and available for perusal on our website with a Creole translation as well.

We have a one-page awareness article available in now 8 languages for publication use. (Newspapers and magazines)

We act as consultants to any organisation that wishes to offer information sessions as well.

Awareness conferences are offered to community organizations outside the hospital.

All year, we are very active with offering articles on glaucoma or our time for tv and radio interviews.

And much more
