Health education about the dangers of Glaucoma has been carried out in several hospitals in South Sulawesi Province, especially at Hasanuddin University Hospital.
Counseling is conducted throughout World Glaucoma Week, and is addressed to patients and families of outpatients who are waiting to be examined.
The public seemed enthusiastic about this counseling, sometimes even asking directly to the ophthalmologist and ophthalmology resident at that time.
