Our annual glaucoma awareness activity includes a cycling rally , where we distribute brochures, stop to speak to the public in the most crowded shopping and trade street of Pune. Last year we had over 120 participants.
We follow up this activity with a free for all eye check up and glaucoma screening.
Every year since 5 years we have managed to screen between 150- 200 free patients to encourage and educate people about this silent thief of sight.
