Location: Outpatient and Emergency Department (including the general outpatient department, glaucoma specialized clinic, and diagnostic imaging department).
Target group: All outpatients aged 40 and over after vision screening (excluding patients with eye infections or emergency conditions).
Procedure: Patients will undergo a vision test and intraocular pressure measurement. If intraocular pressure is abnormal, or if there are suspicious signs or the patient has been previously diagnosed and treated for glaucoma, they will be referred to the specialized clinic.
At the specialized clinic: Patients will undergo color fundus imaging, and EyeDr software will be applied. If necessary, a slit-lamp examination of the anterior chamber and OCT imaging will be conducted. If glaucoma is diagnosed, an outpatient record will be created for monitoring, a prescription will be issued, and a follow-up appointment will be scheduled. If glaucoma is not suspected, the screening will be concluded as per normal procedure.
