We bring you UMBRA a premium dining experience in the dark to raise funds for a cyclodiode laser machine for the QEH. Our local theme this year is “Improving Glaucoma Care” and this laser would help our very own Glaucoma Specialist, Dr. Grosvenor do just that. This year her focus is on children and babies an this laser is much needed for the treatment of her littlest patients. We have little Jay diagnosed with Glaucoma from birth, who desperately needs this laser treatment. At the tender age of 3, he has had 2 eye surgeries. We have managed to save the sight in his right eye and now we are fighting for the left eye…. Supporting UMBRA would immensely help Jay and other little ones like him. Let’s help our daughter of the soil fight for Jay’s left eye.
